  7. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of fifteen days. Please read the disclaimer

  10. The evaluation version of Ativa may NOT be distributed as part of any commercial product 
  11. without a prior licence agreement. Licenses to incorporate the source into commercial products 
  12. are also available.
